Percussionists in the Brazoswood Band participate in the marching band, in the fall, performing in either the Drumline or the Front Ensemble.  Auditions for these spots are held in the Spring.  After marching season, students participate in percussion ensembles, and are placed in one of the four concert bands.

The 2023 Percussion section placed 3rd at the Aldine Drumline contest, received the Outstanding Percussion Award at US Bands Baytown, received 1st place and Overall Grand Champion at the College Station Drumline Contest.
